-   ABOUT  -

The Chef Mansour, after 9 years of experience in restauration in Phnom Penh (Le Liban, Shawarma, Kebab, Tower Pizza), decided to open a new address, in the center of the capital, near the Royal National Museum, and Sisowath quay.

Aroma Restaurant is the synthesis of the experiments of the chef Mansour who cooks with his heart and give you the taste of the aromas of his loved Mediterranean Sea.

His story : When he arrived in France, in 1977, he wanted to be a hairdresser. Unfortunately, he didn't know how to speak in French, so he started to work as an apprentice chef and waiter in an Italian Restaurant  (Saint Germain des Prés in Paris). In a few years he became manager and chef.

After many experiences in Paris, Italy and Greece, he created a company of import/export in Mediterranean products.

At the end of the years 2000, he came back to his first love : gastronomy. Mansour opened a Lebanese restaurant in Montmartre named Tine (fig in Lebanese). His daughter followed him in his gastronomic adventure and opened a second one named Tine 2, in the center of Paris, near the Louvre Museum.

During a summer in Asia, he felt in love with Cambodia, and he never turned back...
